Dinner Lecture at SITC24 by Prof. Pei-Ling Chen: “Spatially resolved immunologic hallmarks of response to immune checkpoint blockade therapies in metastatic melanoma in 2D and 3D.”

Following the success of last year’s event, Alpenglow Biosciences is excited to sponsor another engaging dinner lecture during the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC) conference, November 6-10, 2024. Professor Pei-Ling Chen, MD, PhD, Associate Member of the Department of Pathology at Moffitt Cancer Center, will be the keynote speaker. She will present her latest research on multi-omic approaches and 3D imaging in investigating spatially resolved immunologic hallmarks, focusing on immune checkpoint blockade therapies in metastatic melanoma. This cutting-edge research explores immune responses within tumors using advanced spatial biology techniques, including 3D imaging.

The lecture will take place on November 7th in Houston, bringing together leaders in oncology research. The evening will feature insightful discussions on the complexities of tumor microenvironments and their impact on cancer therapy, followed by a panel discussion with distinguished experts in immunology and pathology.

RSVP for the Dinner Here.

Alpenglow will also present Abstract Number #93, Friday, Nov. 8th

“3D spatial quantification of CD8+ T-cells in the tumor microenvironment in intact FFPE cancer blocks using the 3D I/O Pro pipeline”
