Alpenglow’s 3D Spatial Biology platform was used in Li Xin’s paper recently published in Cell Reports. Our 3Deep Imager visualized GFP labeled cells in whole murine prostates to accurately visualize and quantify Lgr5+ stromal cell distribution.
